What we do
Key Functions and Contributions of the P&C

Fundraising and Resource Allocation
The P&C organises numerous fundraising events and initiatives throughout the year. The funds raised are allocated to essential school resources, infrastructure improvements, and educational programs, ensuring that students have access to quality learning materials and environments.

Community Building
By hosting various events and activities, the P&C fosters a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging parental involvement and strengthening the bond between families and the school.
Management of School Services
The P&C oversees several essential services and programs that are vital to our school's operations. Each service operates independently with its own volunteer oversight committee, yet collectively, they fall under the broader responsibility of the P&C.
These services include:

Senior and Junior School Bands and String Ensembles
Providing students with opportunities to develop their musical talents.
Uniform Shop
Ensuring families have convenient access to school uniforms.

Class Parent Network
Facilitating communication and support among parents and teachers.
The Kids Cottage (Before/After School and Vacation Care)
Offering quality care services for students outside regular school hours.
Regular Meetings and Communication
The P&C holds meetings twice each term, specifically on Tuesday evenings during Weeks 3 and 8. These meetings provide a platform for discussing upcoming events, addressing concerns, and sharing updates from the school leadership. All parents and community members are encouraged to attend and participate. Meeting details, including agendas and minutes, are accessible on the P&C's website.
